REC Aviation - Safety Policy

Safety Policy

Safety Policy

REC Aviation is committed to conducting all flight operations and supporting activities in a safe, compliant, and professionally controlled manner. Safety is a core organizational value and takes precedence over commercial, operational, or scheduling pressures. Considering the organization’s business aviation operational profile, longrange flights, advanced avionics, outsourced services, and hangar operations without maintenance authority, the Company commits to identifying, assessing, and managing safety risks proactively and systematically.

The Company recognizes that safety is not only the outcome of technical performance, but also a product of sound decision-making, human factors awareness, effective planning, and well-managed organizational interfaces. Therefore, the Safety Management System (SMS) is fully integrated with Flight Operations, CAMO, Ground Handling oversight, Hangar activities, Training, Security, and Compliance Monitoring processes.

REC Aviation promotes a Just Culture environment in which personnel are encouraged to report safety hazards, errors, and concerns without fear of blame or punitive action. Safety reports are used solely for learning and system improvement purposes, except in cases of wilful negligence or intentional violations. Senior Management is fully accountable for the effectiveness of the SMS, provides adequate resources, and regularly reviews safety performance to ensure continuous improvement.
